Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It sounds like you might need to try a new razor blade. Using a sharp razor and softening hair with water prevents tugging, whereas shave gel prevents cuts, bumps, razor burn and moisturizes the skin. Hi Gennady Garber, thank you for the review. Happy to explain: The "Subscribe & Save" purchase option is a subscription. The "1 Time Purchase Option" is to make a 1 time purchase. We have no intentions to hide a subscription. In order to start a subscription, customers are required to select how often they would like to receive the product. For example "2 Bars Every XYZ Months". They must then select "Add Subscription to Cart" then agree to the warning that they in fact want to start a subscription. An automated confirmation email titled "Congratulations, your Subscription Has Started" is sent with the link to manage or cancel the subscription in the future. Like with all subscriptions, unless it is cancelled before it is time to renew, we can only assume that the customer would like their subscription. Similar to most subscription products, as per return policy, returns are only accepted on the first shipment, not on renewals. This gives customers plenty of time to try the product and decide before a renewal. Sorry it didn't work out but hopefully this helps explain!

You should have received a confirmation email with tracking link and a way to contact us if anything went wrong.
