We were trying to find a specific size usb drive to work as a backup drive on a convention center floor. With all of the activity and large number of laptops that we deployed, we were getting a lot of problems with jump drives being knocked loose from all of the activity at the booths. We approached Relymedia to find a mini usb that we could buy in 2000 quantiity at a reasonable price. They went to a manufacturer with a new design which did not work properly. We indicated that to them and they continued to work with the manufacturer with three different prototypes until they got one that worked for us. Good job and thanks for continuing to work with us.
