purchased a Louis Vuitton bag from your website because it was described as being 100% authentic (order number 1692) After only a short period of normal use, I noticed that the inner lining of the bag started to tear, which is not what I would expect from an authentic Louis Vuitton product. I contacted your customer service regarding this issue, but instead of addressing my concern, my complaint was dismissed. When I questioned the authenticity of the bag based on its condition, my messages were ignored altogether. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way my complaint has been handled. Advertising an item as fully authentic when there are serious doubts about its authenticity is misleading, and ignoring customer concerns is unacceptable.

Purchased a Christopher Ross belt buckle. They charged my account and everything. A few days later, I got an email saying they canceled my order. When I reached out and asked why it was canceled. They were not very informative and told me it had been sold. When I told them I was the one who bought it, they said it had actually been sold a week prior on another platform but hadn't been removed from the actual website. Super disappointing and unprofessional, especially for high-dollar items. I would take your business elsewhere.

This website is a complete ripoff and a scam! The items are very poor quality and highly overpriced. To make matters worse, they did not send me the shoes I originally ordered, and shipping took an extremely long time. The customer service is also terrible. I highly recommend that you DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this site.

Terrible store to buy anything. I placed an order on the 5th of this month. After more than 5 days without receiving the tracking number of my order, I contacted customer support about it. Extremely arrogant, the only thing they knew how to repeat to me was that they had 15 days to deliver the order. 15 days passed well requested, not even the tracking number works since February 14. I got in touch again since they did not meet the delivery deadline to ask for the full refund, until today waiting for a response and the package . Terrible service, delivery service and more honestly it looks like a scam. I don't advise anyone to buy anything here.

Stay far away from this site. I spent over $2,500 on what was supposed to be a designer bag, only to have it fail authentication by a third party as soon as it arrived. When I confronted them with the proof, they started playing games, ignoring my emails, and then had the nerve to tell me they’d only refund me if I deleted my review! This place is unethical and sells high-priced fakes. I’ve already opened a dispute with PayPal. Save your money.
