Hello Tashia, We take criticism seriously, but because this review presents only one side of what occurred, we believe it is important to provide factual context for anyone reading it. Tashia Flucas enrolled with ReloRelay Services on September 4, 2026, and her account was closed on September 19, 2026. At onboarding, our process and lead-delivery timeline were communicated to her, including written information explaining that lead delivery generally begins within approximately 15–17 days as the account is set up and leads are nurtured and vetted. Despite that timeline, two leads were provided before the normal delivery period had been completed. One prospect did not answer when contacted and needed to be followed up with later. A prospect not answering a particular call does not, by itself, mean that the prospect is fabricated or “bogus.” Real estate prospects may be unavailable, busy, or require continued follow-up, which is a normal part of lead conversion. The account was ultimately closed for a different reason. During communications with our Support Team and Area Manager, the conversations became unacceptable and included abusive and threatening language directed toward members of our staff. Our calls are recorded, and callers are advised that they are speaking on a recorded line. We therefore have records of the relevant conversations. Our signed agreement also establishes standards regarding abusive or inappropriate conduct toward ReloRelay personnel and provides ReloRelay Services with rights concerning continuation of service when those standards are violated. We expect professionalism from our own team, and we believe our employees are entitled to the same basic respect from the professionals we serve. Even after these events, our objective was to resolve the situation rather than escalate it. Because Tashia was dissatisfied, we offered to refund her payment and end the business relationship. In connection with resolving the matter, we also asked that her public review accurately reflect the circumstances and the service that had actually been provided. She chose not to do so, which is her right. We also want to address the allegation that our representative “laughed” at her and hung up. We take allegations about employee conduct seriously. Where there is a disagreement about what occurred during a telephone conversation, we rely on the recorded communication and our internal review rather than arguing about it publicly. Everyone has the right to share their genuine experience and criticism of a business. We respect that right. At the same time, prospective customers reading reviews deserve the full context: this account existed for approximately two weeks, the normal onboarding/delivery period had not yet fully elapsed, two leads had already been provided, and the account was subsequently terminated following the communications with our team. We maintain records relating to the account, lead delivery, written communications, signed agreement, and recorded calls, and we stand behind the factual account provided above. We wish Tashia the best moving forward. Our priority remains serving our partners professionally, improving where appropriate, and protecting both our clients and our employees.
