I really wanted to love this necklace, but unfortunately my experience with Rellery was disappointing. The first necklace I received was the wrong length, so I contacted customer service and returned it for an exchange. Unfortunately, the replacement I received was also the wrong length. After going back and forth with customer service, I requested a refund. I was told that a refund was not possible and that I could receive store credit instead. Since I had not received the item I originally ordered, I was not comfortable accepting store credit. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank, which eventually issued me a credit. I was also disappointed with the quality of the necklace itself. It did not feel like a $95 necklace to me. The necklace felt quite lightweight and inexpensive, and the charm was smaller and thinner than I expected. I understand that jewelry can look different in photos, but between receiving the wrong item twice and my concerns about the quality, I would not purchase from Rellery again.

Rellery, They are horrible. Their return policy is horrible and their jewelry isn’t dainty. It’s chunky and heavy with rough edges. CHEAP!!! I wish I had read reviews before making a purchase. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!!! And it was a waste of my hard earned money!!! I WANT MY $270 BACK!!

After two weeks, I messaged them for an update and was told that it could take up to 21 days for "production," and they would notify me when it was completed and shipped. So, I emailed again last Friday, and got the same canned message. On June 15 (25 days after the original order), I notified them to cancel the order and also disputed with my credit card. Today, 3 days later after that cancellation notice (and 28 days after the order), they emailed to say that I cannot cancel the order (not to tell me that it is ready and on the way). They can deal with my credit card. I have had two online ordering headaches in the last three months. I should've looked them up on TrustPilot where there are MANY similar complaints. Please learn from my mistakes. I will never order from this company again!

Never received my order. Tried to work with customer service to get an update and their communication was awful. Only provided very generic responses promising they were looking into my order or that my order was going out early next week. This lasted for 2 months. Had to eventually contact Amex and dispute the charge. Looks like a lot of similar reviews - don't buy from them.

I rated my experience as a 1 if I could rate it lower I would I ordered a customized necklace on 5/1/2026 it has not arrived yet I contacted them several times because they said it could take up to 21 days for a custom necklace it is 6/8/2026 I still haven’t received the necklace I will never buy anything from Rellery again I am very disappointed if your an intended buyer go somewhere else I recommend not buying anything from Rellery

Worst experience ever. I ordered a malachite necklace with a "Custom" initial charm. The intial charm came according to the estimated date I would receive my full order but the actual necklace did not. after a couple of weeks I reached out and was told the item was on back order. Since it was a gift to be presented at a retirement party I asked to cancel my order, I would return the "custom" initial and refund my money. They claimed the "custom" initial could not be returen even though it was obvioulsy a stock item and refused to cancel my order stating it was already shipped. It has been months and the USPS shipping still states "awaiting item" Needless to say I ordered the same exact necklace from Mini & Lilly for less money and recieved it within 2 weeks. Save yourself the hassle and order from Mint & Lilly. I have still never heard from Rellery again even thought the customer service rep assured me she would update me with shipping information. Fortunatley I reported it to my credit card company and my card was refunded

This is the WORST jewelry dealer ever. Product is cheap and junk. They are making it nearly impossible to return with refund. They have the WORST customer service ever experienced. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE they are terrible.
