Do not use these people, they are dishonest and add charges constantly. I was given an estimate of $4500. When they did the second review that went up to $8500. When the man came to pick up my stuff, he unknowingly after I signed the paperwork added $1000 to this for packing fees. Everything was boxed everything was wrapped except for a TV and a few garden supplies. This company rips you off and does not care. I am trying to get a return phone call and all I am getting is text messages and nonsense. I still don’t have my items and I’m not sure how this is going to go because my $4500 move is now closer to $10,000. What a scam. Zero stars is what they deserve.

DO NOT believe the FAKE POSITIVE…
DO NOT believe the FAKE POSITIVE reviews! Once they receive your down payment, they schedule one of their thieving subcontractors to take your things and relieve themselves of all accountability.
I tried getting Jonathan Rosario (the sales manager) to be accountable, but he doesn't say anything or call back. Instead he left me with another Jonathan from customer service, who is cold and rude. But never gives me an answer when I can expect my things. He simply says contact the movers. And of course the price doubled as soon as they loaded everything.
UPDATE:
The GM, Gina (no last name), called to try to alleviate the stress both Jonathans caused and acted as a mediator between us and the carrier. This is exactly what I expected customer service to do, since Reliant set up the relationship.
We explained to her how we were unhappy with the $1300 storage, $3755 binding estimate and $2,000 bulk fees because we never asked to store our things or wait on delivery, the binding estimate wasn't honored and the bulk items the carrier charged extra, were on the list of items with the binding estimate.
In the end, she talked the carrier to discount $1,000 and she would refund $700 if I signed a document to remove this review and not to write any other reviews. I didn't sign, so I didn't get the refund.
Hindsight 20/20: We paid about $3000 more than what our local movers quoted. From here on, I strongly advise to ONLY go with the following for a true stress-free move:
1. Direct contact with movers
2. PODS/CUBE
3. DIY (Uhaul/Penske)

DO NOT USE RELIANT MOVING SOLUTIONS. Absolute nightmare experience.
I booked my move from Vermont to South Carolina with Reliant Moving Solutions after being assured multiple times by Evan Crawford that everything was set and my move would cost approximately $2,200. From the very beginning, I clearly explained that I had a full 10x15 storage unit. I repeated this information multiple times over calls and texts and specifically checked in to make sure there would be no surprises. Each time, I was assured everything was “good to go.”
Then, THREE DAYS before my move, I received a call from their “quality assurance” department and was informed that I had only been booked for 300 cubic feet, roughly 25% of what a 10x15 storage unit holds. Suddenly, they told me I would need to pay an ADDITIONAL $4,000 to move the rest of my belongings.
How does a company hear “10x15 storage unit” from day one, confirm pricing multiple times, and then wait until three days before the move to reveal they only accounted for a fraction of the inventory?
When I called customer service for help, they were rude, dismissive, and honestly nasty. Instead of taking accountability for what was clearly a massive failure in communication and quoting, I was treated like the problem. Kevin Levy from quality assurance was involved in the process, and the entire interaction felt misleading and deeply unprofessional.
To make matters worse, after all of this, they only refunded 15% of my deposit.
The entire experience, from the endless calls to the customer service to the last-minute price hike, felt stressful, deceptive, and completely unacceptable. I have moved many times in my life and have never experienced anything remotely this bad.
Save yourself the stress, anxiety, and financial shock. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Know this is a broker initiated moving…
Know this is a broker initiated moving source. They give you a quote, usually too low then pass you off to "insurance" person who will double or tripel the initial quote.
Poor customer service, they profess to be the best and bad mouth other vendors doing the same thing.
Would not recommend to anyone.
