DO NOT DO IT !! And in the age of AI IF you see good reviews they are lying. They will say anything to get a deposit. Which is non refundable. No matter how they spin it. They sell space. They are not mover company’s. They will Outsource you to a terrible mover company. Across the country and they will then to another. Took almost two weeks. Long story short they ruined my furniture. Broke things damaged the walls and left a ton of someone else’s things. They are scam artist.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Sales process went very smoothly. Then everything fell apart. Zero communication with Customer Service. Little notice on moving day (they give you a window). Missed the window by hours and had the delivery address wrong so I asked for my "free 30 days of storage." Suddenly wasn't available. Still cannot get through to Customer Service. They schedule another moving window. Then I get a call from Quality Assurance. Something that I didn't get before so now I know that they kind of forgot about me on the first window. They promised a move out window. Again, short notice phone call but this time it's that they will be a day late. Meanwhile, because they missed the first window, I'm paying by the day for my apartment. Still nobody has called me back. It's been days. Finally booked with another company who was excellent. Now trying to get a refund on my deposit but of course nobody is answering the phone. They job everything out so they have no control over the actual moving company. Do not use this clown show!

I am so disappointed and upset about my move with reliant. My roomate and I double, triple checked with them that everything would fit. They told us 30 boxes a couch, 2 beds, tv and rugs would fit no problem with room left over. After 10 boxes, one bed and the TV, they are now doubling our quote. This is thousands more than I anticipated and they only told me after it was loaded so what was I supposed to do??? Not to mention they came a full day late and then charged a $600 fee since they could not park close as the moving spot was reserved for the previous day. I urge everyone to not use the company as a broker, you will not get them on the phone, if you do, they will put you on hold and then just eventually hang up I am reporting to the better business burea unless I hear back from customer service. It’s like this was planned. Less than half of our stuff fits. Not to mention the movers are also asking for cash on top of everything. DO NOT USE RELIANT MOVING SOLUTIONS UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO PAY MORE THAN DOUBLE YOUR ORIGINAL QUOTE.

We were contacted by Reliant Moving Solutions after requesting moving quotes for our relocation from Kentucky to Florida. Steve was very friendly and reassuring during the sales process, which initially made us feel confident about booking through Reliant. We provided detailed information about our move, including the fact that all of our belongings were already packed inside a completely full 10x20 storage unit. We provided our move dates, locations, and a list of our larger furniture items. Based on that information, Reliant quoted us approximately $2,600 for the move. After signing the paperwork, we noticed that the estimate listed only about 540 cubic feet. My husband specifically called to ask about this because it seemed far too low for a full 10x20 storage unit. We were reassured that the cubic footage was simply a placeholder to let the van line know we would need an empty truck and that we should not worry about it. When the movers arrived, however, we were told that our shipment was much larger than estimated. The volume increased to 1,455 cubic feet and our price jumped from approximately $2,600 to approximately $6,700. Looking back, we feel that the original estimate was unrealistically low given the information we provided. Had we been given a realistic estimate from the beginning, we could have properly budgeted, compared other companies, or made a more informed decision. Our experience left us feeling that the broker's priority was securing the booking rather than providing an accurate estimate. We would encourage anyone considering Reliant Moving Solutions to carefully review their estimated cubic footage and obtain detailed written clarification before signing.

Attempted to get a live quote for this company and was treated very rudely. I was hung up on and told you got my number call me when you get the money and ready! . When I called back to ask to speak to a manager, someone pretended to be a manager and accused me of not being able to afford their service when I had my credit card in hand. I wanted to read the terms and conditions prior to agreeing and signing a contract. They wants to fast talk you and bullying you into agreeing to use their service. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. Takes your money and never comes to pick up your things. Refuses refund. Established is 2026, a brand new company. If you have any communication with Claudia or Mark-know you’re being SCAMMED. You see a 4.9 rating on their website because they’re all false reviews. All written by men, every single day? My experience with this company has truly been the most terrible experience Iv ever encountered with a business, or another human being. They laugh at me, refuse to put things in writing, and come to find out this is a brand new company who owns not one of their own trucks. They broker everything out. Pocket your money. A scam. My pickup was originally scheduled for Sunday between 4:00–6:00 PM, but no driver arrived and I received no communication during that window. The pickup was then rescheduled for Monday during the same time frame, and again there was a no-show. I was later given additional promised timeframes, including Tuesday between 11:00 AM–1:00 PM and then again between 5:00–5:30 PM, with assurance from both a representative and the driver that the pickup would occur. I rearranged my personal schedule multiple times and cancelled other obligations in order to be available, based on these repeated assurances. On Tuesday, the driver did not arrive during the promised 5:00–5:30 PM window and did not call as promised. After following up, I was told he would arrive in approximately an hour, but I never received any further communication. When I later called, I was informed the driver had reached the end of his working hours and would not be coming at all. At no point did anyone arrive to pick up my belongings. When I requested a refund due to the repeated failure to provide the agreed service, I was told that a new pickup time could be offered for Wednesday instead. I explained that I am not available on Wednesday due to work obligations that cannot be changed, which had already been clearly communicated many times. Despite this, I was told I would not be eligible for a refund because I could not accommodate the newly proposed time. I then requested a refund again and asked that the communication be provided in writing so I could properly document the situation. They laughed at me and said “maam we aren’t doing that” I also requested to speak with a supervisor or higher-level representative, which was refused. My refund request was again denied on the basis that I was “unavailable” for the next proposed pickup time, even though the service had already failed repeatedly over several days past the original scheduled pickup. At this point, no moving services have been rendered despite multiple confirmed appointments. I know everyone has opinions and different experiences but if you listen to no other negative review. Please please please do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’m thankful this happened before they took my things, otherwise I may have never saw them again. I’v noticed all negative reviews they argue back. I’m not trying to sabotage this company. I was excited for my move, and had this set up for over a month! But they never came. Simple as that.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do not use!! Be warned!!! They will charge you more, screw up your estimate, switch you to another mover then they will charge you more! Not put thing on your estimate then make you pay more. Give you a date and not stick to it then tell you they have an extra day. SNEAKY CONTRACTS! They cost me 2k more then the estimate, didnt show up on the day of my move, made me push back my closing. NOT THE WAY TO TREAT DISABLED VETERANS!!! They won’t answer phones, they LIE!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE!

I was called by this company and I specifically told the salesman I did not want a moving broker because of a bad issue with my last move and was only looking for a moving company. He led me to believe he was a moving company, lied to me about my delivery date and when I called to complain threatened me. This company has been flagged by MyGoodMovers.com for false reviews. This company is dishonest. I should have cancelled when the movers showed up, but was stupid and thought I'd roll the dice. Boy was I wrong! Seriously avoid this company, reviews are falsified, they WILL lie to you, make all kinds of promises and then throw a contract in your face. They will turn what you said around and you will now get what you were told.
