Automated message and option to order my new supplies automatically is very helpful and convenient.

I never have a problem with Reliable Respiratory, they are also very good with getting back to you if that is the case. Only one time did my order only take longer than it should have, and maybe it was related to preordering a couple days before the date somehow but otherwise no problems. Everyone is curteous and friendly.

The company connects in a timely manner for a refill of supplies. However, for any returns which are returned in unused and brand new condition, the customer should be refunded the amount paid because sometimes items get ordered by error.

I'm glad they send emails, but a call would be better

I like Reliable Respiratory except when I've been sent wrong equipment or not the correct equipment. Employees are always good about fixing the problem. More care on equipment being sent out. The phone message about equipment is useless to me as it is not always right.
