poor communication, very hassling and uncooperative billing process, and recently someone in its service department sent me a set of my sleep data recroded by the CPAP to show my sleep doctor but it was for a different patient! They have been unable to resolve a mechanical problem with the CPAP machine and have been very poor in communicating with me about it. I would gladly use a different vendor when I find one.

Have gotten two calls from RR asking if I was using my equipment. First of all, they should know. Secondly, both times I answered the robo call and told them “no” I wasn’t using it. Both times, the “caller” said someone would follow up in a few days. It has now been a couple months. And don’t bother now because of this bad review. I would not recommend this company.

Constantly sent the wrong products... Told they don't supply items for my machine and to go looking some where else. Can't order products on their website because their website doesn't work.
