I was having an awful time with this…
I was having an awful time with this company, was told that I would be able to choose 4 different masks and when I called I was told I was miss informed. I had a very bad bout with my colitis and called was told not to worry that I would be covered. Received a couple notices I wasn't using the machine so it would cost me more. Worst experience I have had with a company

"Coaches" had no real clinical…
"Coaches" had no real clinical training, and were there mainly to pressure patients to persist with these infernal CPAP machines. Sleep Apnea is over-diagnosed and over-treated. A tennis ball in a t-shirt, to keep the patient from sleeping on his back, often works as well as a CPAP and should be tried first.

Worst service waited 3weeks for parts…would not recommend
Worst service waited 3weeks for parts told it would be a matter of days then shipped short but charged for all parts still waiting for credit

Terrible company
Terrible company. Never sent me product I was charged for. Complained and they refused to give me a refund. Looked online and saw exact product (I never got) for less money than what Reliable changed me. They were also billing my insurance for the product. They made about $150 ($35 from me, $115 from insurance) for identical product I bought on Amazon for $25. Ridiculous. Shop around and you probably won't want to use them
