I would like to see more options for sleep masks to make sleeping comfortable

The equipment works well, but I have been finding difficulty finding adequate information as to how to get parts and when to replace them.

Because of robots mail sent on Christmas, telling me what a bad job I was doing etc it made a happy day sad

I have been using their equipment more than 10 years. Professional and Efficient. They do not cycle out equipment on the specific time lines dictated by protocol. They must be prompted to retire the existing used equipment. That said, they do everything they should do and their accessories replacement program has vastly improved over the years. It is obvious that Reliable have focused on improving efficiency and service and the patient benefits. The Employees are generally very courteous and helpful and that scores points with me.

So far so good , only just started with Reliable for parts and they were good to work with.

The machine works perfectly. People interaction is always good. Auto ordering of supplies (computer generated call) does not work so well, but when I need supplies I can always get them by phone.

Just wish I didnt have to reorder replacement parts, they send reminders why csnt they just send equipment
