I've had issues with my equipment, which haven't been completely resolved. Not sure it's the company or the equipment.

They forgot to include the oxygen link twice and sent several extra nasal pillows in the last delivery.

My biggest gripe is that they always send the wrong sized fine allergy filter, despite many requests to correct it. It allows a lot of dust to get into the CPAP from the unsealed area around the edge.

My issues start with the day we first get the machine and equipment. We have 'stupid head' to begin with from sleep deprivation and then we spend an hour having instructions thrown at us. Let US change the filter, disconnect the hose from the mask, disconnect the hose from the machine, etc. I went home, tried the equipment and had a few questions. A few days later I called the office and went there in person to have things explained to me. A person came out and was helping me when the supervisor came out and reminded her that she had an appointment in a few minutes. Not enough time to answer all my questions. I had to go to YouTube to finally get answers. I realize that it is a business and making money is the most important thing to you but put yourselves in our position. When we have our first [and only] appointment we have no clue as to what to expect - you do - you do these 'show and tells' all day long. Thanks for letting me vent but I'm surprised it took this long for a survey to come out. I was ready to do the survey months ago!
