Overpriced. Poor service. Unknowledgeable staff.

I have never worked with such a more unreliable company. Your employees are not only insulting but not trained well at what they do. Doug told me to put my big girl pants on and give it another week of which he had fitted me with a large mask. Obviously way too big for my face. Finally at the insistence of my pulmonologist a representative came out the last day before Medicare pulled the plug and fitted me for a new mask and said pressure was way too high but turned it all the way up and bruised my right ear drum bad where it drained for a week which is documented at Winchester hospital where I have been for the last week and a half.

They have been very responsive to my calls for advice or with problems. I only wish it were possible to occasionally try on a mask to check for size and comfort without having to purchase it. It can get very expensive before finding the right mask .

Mixed information from different representatives. Lack of call backs. On Edit: I did reach out and left a message on the voicemail at the extension you left me. Still no call back...I'd take away the one star if they let me. Additional edit: Still nothing but crickets.

they never explain the bad side of their product . after having suffered for two month, and after their representative did not return my calls, I stopped by their office in Norwood, asked to talk to someone as an emergency situation, I also explained that I work nights and just got off 16 hours shift. they made me wait about 30 minutes (dead tired) only to tell me that they cannot see me without an appointment, when I inquired, i was if I want an appointment or not! all i wanted is to replace my face mask to nose mask! i still tape the mask on my face and have to hold it and adjusted several times each time i sleep. They called me and asked me to set up an appointment for 'fitting', which i had done so three times! bad bad bad customer service! Roland A.

No one ever bother calling to make sure the machine is up to date

It is impossible to talk to a human being. Over a period of months I have left numerous voice mails and my doctor has sent them 2 emails asking them to contact me about a problem. Also when I received the automated reorder call, I said "yes" to wanting a call back. Nothing!! When they don't even respond to a doctor's requests, something is very wrong.

i really have issues with the billing. i'm a biller/poster myself and I get a bill, pay it, get a past due bill, then a credit of the amount I had paid. I think either I should train the cash poster, which I am happy to do, or they need to get a different system. other than that, couldn't be better. it is annoying however, being past due all the time when I had paid a week before, two weeks before, I think it would probably affect my credit as I have never paid a bill late in my life. oh yes and when I order and need a hose and not a mask, why is my only option the mask? do you need supplies? click 1 for yes. ok 1. do you need a mask? press 2 for no. ok 2. then after that... do you need a mask? press 1 for yes, two for no., uh 2. do you need a mask? no. press 2. over and over. why can I not get the option to order only a hose??? confused. why create a robo system without any other option besides a mask?
