Monthly or when due, I am emailed by RR. with an option to order needed resp equipment. I only have had one poor experience, and that is RR did not instruct the postal service or their delivery to buzz the door panel and gain entry and put the item on floor two, not leave it in the lobby subject to theft. I do hope this issue is now resolved? Otherwise, yes, five stars.

I am delighted with Reliable Respiratory. Multiple times, they have gone above and beyond to supply my CPAP machine supplies. They are timely, courteous and a pleasure to work with. This is NOT my experience with every medical supply group so I applaud the professionalism and customer service focus of this organization.
