Excellent in all facets! Respiratory Therapists explained proper use of the unit, fitted me for mask, came back and changed to a different type when I had trouble side sleeping. They’re the best. That’s the easiest way to describe the people at Reliable Respiratory. Getting an appointment was quick and painless, the respiratory therapist I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly, and quickly helped me choose the right mask and machine. Later on when I needed to switch mask sizes (I’d lost weight since my original fitting) all it took was a quick phone call. Their online payment and reorder system is well made with good UI, and they mail items quickly and in perfect condition. If you have a choice in the matter, definitely pick these folks!
