The only complaint I have is when I call for new equipment parts it takes forever to complete your order over the phone. I have gone on the website to order and was told there was a problem and had to call. When I mentioned this to the girl who answered the phone both times, she said I should be all set but when I checked I got the same answer.

I have received very good service. However, after calling and told that I am fourth, then third, then second, then first in the queue for my call to be answered, when it is finally my turn I am told to leave a message on an answering machine. No one called me back. Called again the next day and had a very helpful representative.

I think Reliable Respiratory is a good company to deal with except communication. It is frustrating to call and get stuck in recorded messages.

It sometimes takes a long time to connect with someone there. The service is generally very good.
