Hi Samuel, I apologize that you are receiving items you did not ask for. I would try to confirm with the customer service rep, the items you keep receiving that are incorrect. They can update your sales template to reflect what you do want. This could be helpful in the long run. Thank you!

Hi David, thank you for your review. I apologize that it took that long to notify our customers of the data breach. We had to be aware of the situation, take steps to fix it, then make sure it would not happen again. Before we could send out a notice, we had to take those step so we could have all information for our customers. Thank you.

Hi Alex, Thank you for replying to our request for your review. There was a data breach but we luckily got it under control before there was any issues with our patients. We had to make a public notice due to the risk of it. I apologize for that but it should not happen again. Thank you.
