I did not choose Reliable. I did not even know of them. I saw a doctor, took a sleep test, and was deemed to have severe sleep apnea, after which I was directed to Reliable Respiratory for machinery. Mostly, my experiences with Reliable have been quite satisfactory. A time or two I have struggled a bit with a personality or an issue, but I would say that I have been well taken care of overall. I almost died in a car accident because I fell asleep at the wheel, not knowing my body was not getting much-needed deep sleep, so the doctor's diagnosis and Reliable's treatment have saved my life, and for that I am alive, well, and grateful.

In the more than 5 years I've been a client of Reliable Respiratory for CPAP machines and supplies, I've been totally satisfied with all aspects of their services: ease of phone communications, friendly and patient staff, easy re-ordering, rapid shipment, smooth coordination with my health insurer.
