Shipments have not been a complete shipment. I have had missing items.

I have been using this company for my medical supplies and 1 of my items has a low cost and the company says I'm responsible for shipping costs. They said the best way to avoid the shipping cost is to wait until my other item are available to ship and add it that package. What a HEADACHE. They charge my insurance for the products and wanna charge me shipping because of it. If I wait then I wont get my replacements until a later date and that dont work for me. Sounds just like another way for these companies to make money off people. They paid shipping for a 1 TIME ONLY and I have to pay going forward.

They have sent the wrong items. They do not respond quickly to requests for orders. It is very difficult sometimes to get the items I need. For example, my sleep machine is not working correctly, but I´m afraid to call them because I don´t want the hassle.

Staff is condescending and not helpful in fitting of equipment "yep, that's fine" when asking questions of fit
EDWARD
No matter what device I use —full mask, nose pillows, whatever—it’s always leaking, I never sleep well, and as a consequence I hate going to bed.

Too expensive and no possibility to try multiple size/options to get the best results.

I've stopped using my CPAP after a few years as the out of pocket cost got to be too much for my mild case of sleep apnea. My insurance used to cover supplies before I met my deductible threshold, and all of a sudden I was getting these big bills that didn't seem worth it. Probably more a function of the insurance company's policies to extract more money from me, but Reliable Respiratory did nothing to help; they only worked to collect what was owed them. It confirmed some things that I've read about the sleep apnea being a big money-making business that is squeezing the patient financially more and more. I'm just glad that my case is mild enough that I don't really mind going without treatment.
