Inept outfit let this worthy customer fall through their cracks. Reliable (what a misnomer) Respiratory failed to deliver life saving fresh supplies for ten months! Did not honor the written contract, that took Reliable Respiratory two full weeks to confirm insurance coverage. Final firm contract in writing signed by both parties. At one point, Reliable Respiratory laughably turned customer's account over to a collection agency for 13 bucks! Even the Audit Systems (based out of Florida) collection agency said we were dealing with a predatory outfit. Took money directly, without any prior notice much less permission, from customer's bank account. Repeatedly ignored doctor's orders to troubleshoot and reprogram machine. Never left even a message as to what they were going or not going to do!

You shut me off over 30 bucks. Thank you very much. I have been paying something every month as I said I would. I'm a disabled senior for God's sake. Give me a break. Keep your supplies, I can get them anywhere. If I die in my sleep it's all on you MF's

I have been waiting for replacement equipment for weeks and I have no idea when I will get them.

This company has very bad communication skills and the representatives, leave much to be desired. I worked as a nurse for 28 years and NEVER in all my years, would I ever think of speaking to one of my patients , the way myself an my Husband (who is 72)were spoken to. I suggest you give a class on Respect, and Communication,/along with Plain OLD FASHIONED manners Suzan Cappadona

The air touch mask is a product that doesn't last and because of this my insurance won't cover my replacements. I can't get a seal due to foam ripping at the nose in turn I dont log enough hours on my machine .

When I had zero $$ because my employer didn’t process my long term disability and was disabled for 1 Year your company refused to send me my scheduled pieces to switch out for my Cpap machine because you wanted a $40 co pay. My heart was working at 20% and not one person cared in your facility that I had to use equipment that was scheduled to be switched out. Thanks but no thanks You’re response to my statement was inaccurate! You left me NO way to respond so I will do it here. Please be advised I HAD and still have insurance. It was a $40 co pay you’re company couldn’t wait for. $40 - and you let somebody with a heart only working at 20% not have fresh supplies. Aside from that my insurance company was billed for supplies I never received . I believe that part was corrected though. Sorry Reliable - you earn it - you own it

Tried several months ago to contact them for help and never heard from anyone. I haven’t used My cpap in months. Not very helpful to customers.
