Very happy with RR get all supplies on Rt 1 Norwood .

I have had no problems with Reliable Respiratory. their billing is easily understood. their RTs are friendly and will come to see you at your place of employment to set you up if you can't meet them at your home. the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish they offered auto ship for supplies. they know when I'm supposed to replace equipment, and working full time, I often don't remember to call right away. it's happened more than once that I've waited until it's almost time again to replace pieces. Auto Ship would make my life easier. they already have my Credit card information on file for deductible purposes, so I'd like it if they could apply that same reasoning to replacement supplies.

Everything is good so far. Will they call me every three months to see what supplies I need.

Again. I called in with my response for the second late payment notice for my sleep apnea machine misuse, I was assured that these late notices will not affect my credit and will be held locally and cleared after my sleep study is completed, I appreciate and trust that you will do what you say, Thanks!

They do a good job!

I haven't yet had much interaction with the company, but they seem to respond when I have questions.

Overall great service but Would like to see additional support on equipment and check in's from representatives
