I like the service that I have received from them. My only issues that I have ever had with RR is billing. It's not easy with insurance companies, but I received 5 bills this past fall all within a few weeks of each other all with conflicting information.

Just a suggestion, when the receptionist checks out someone that is picking up items she should review the item list and not just flip the page automatically for Signature. Just a thought

When i reorder stuff some times it takes over two weeks to get. Otherwise I am very happy with them, no real complaints. They notify me when it is time to reorder, do it on line, very quick.

Partly due to my insurance I have some difficulty getting my monthly supplies in a timely maner.! My cushion order was called in on Jan. 26. It was due to mail out on the 31st. It did not arrive until he 5th. Too long to wait! My old cushion was done.
