In the past my engagements have been minimal, but good. Recently I ordered replenish supplies for my cpap, and I received many of the wrong parts- wrong mask style , wrong size, etc. I called wand was assured that the proper components would be shipped out promptly. Believing this I paid the bill expecting the situation would Be rectified. I never received the proper equipment, and when I called again to find out where the materials that I had paid for were, I was told that I had received a shipment already- but the date and contents the lady was referring to was the original incorrect equipment! I’ve given up trying at this point to get what I have already paid for, and am searching online for where else I can procure replacement supplies.

I called your office after receiving an email saying my Dr had sent a RX for new equipment. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard back from your company.

the associate installing and explaining use of cpap was great...covered anything and everything....since then ....NOTHING.....I called for a number of different reasons.....rude and no response...has been wks so I can safely assume not going to get a response......no , I would not recommend......MIchele

I've had nothing but problems starting with losing my check that was given to the person that setup the machine at my house. Not two people has the same answer on anything. Not impressed at all so 2 stars is probally more than you deserve.

The respitory therapist that came to my home was great. She was informative, friendly and helpful. Getting her there was a terrible experience. I went to my sleep med doctor because I had been sick with a respiratory infection and had not had new equipment in more than a year. It took a full three weeks and multiple calls to your company, then back to the doctor to get them to push you, before I received some assistance. I kept being told that you were "working on it", that my file was on "so and so's desk" etc. It was extremely frustrating, especially since each time I contacted you I shared my concern about the urgency in getting new equipment because I was sick. Very poor customer service.

only time I hear from them is when I need to order more supplies. I did get great results when I called for interpretations of the info on the equipment screen.

Poor billing and follow up.

Online payment registration never works right. No way to reorder supplies on line. No transparency on pricing.
