Apnea mask does not fit. Have called several times to correct it. Have gotten no response until physicians office called. Tech was sent out with a different style mask that was worse. Would listen about fit problems. Still have not received any supplies since I first got the machine at the end of Oct. Customer service rep said we got supplies when we received the machine. Explained I only got a few extra air filters. She insisted I was wrong. Then said my insurance will only pay for quarterly supplies. But they send their bill every month. Cannot get any service to get a fit to correct a serious medical problem.

The “cPac” equipment was very imposing. The instructions provided by the Instructor were not. Going through how you put it on ONCE doesn’t make you confident you are doing it trght. BigBrother looking over your shoulder doesn’t explain if they know either. But the worst of it is that there are no printed instructions,explanations & people you can just call if you have questions. I will complain to my DR.

Complete waste of time. Haven't had a decent night sleep since I started using it 6 months ago. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

They tell you your eligible for replacement parts and then they turn and charge you saying it’s a deductible 155 dollars for a mask that u can buy on amazon for 26 dollars never minde the tube water holder and filters they are thieves and customer service is awful I dealt with one gentleman that was exceptionally rude

rightnow I think your customer service is very bad, Being put on a CUE is useless as it always says CUE1 . Mine hasn;t been working for a week and I can get no help from you. I have been waiting for a call fro 2 days. If you don;t take care of this problem I will have to look for help as I need this equipment to work for my health. Please advise .Pauline Dalesio.

Have had problems from beginning with leakage. Tried all 3 devices. No one ever checks on patients. Just want to keep selling you more and more replacements. Constant robo calls to place orders
