Physician Recommendation Proves Well-Founded
I've been a customer for less than a year. In that short time I've always been treated well. A very good example was a newly-fitted medium-sized full-face CPAP mask didn't seem to be performing as intended. A quick call to Reliable Respiratory Customer Service resulted in a large-sized version shipping immediately and free-of-charge. To my utter amazement the new 'trial' mask arrived the next day. That's the level of support all providers should offer. Though the new mask proved much too large, it helped me gain a better understanding of fitting the medium-sized mask originally supplied.
