I have been using my CPAP machine for 7 or 8 years now. I don't even have to call Reliable, they send me an e-mail saying I'm due for filters, replacement hose, mask, etc. The order arrives earlier than expected and it's correct every time.

all is wonderful. sleeping great and my wife is in love again still after 57 years. This machine is fantastic. I wish there was a machine cleaner less expensive.
