I received a ResMed AirSense (the one for men). Formerly (before my house burned down and destroyed all contents including my AirSense for Her) I had an AirSense for Her. The air flow between the two machines is not the same. I was also given a facemask that was so uncomfortable that I forced myself to use it nightly for the minimum time required. I was told by Customer Service that the ResMed (for men) and the machine for women were exactly the same. This is not true. Watch the video "AutoSet for Her" on myair.resmed.com, and it will explain the difference. After 3 months I did request and receive a P10 facemask. I was also supposed to receive a return address label to return the pillows for the first facemask, but have not after 3 weeks. I am disappointed with the RT who first gave me the equipment, who did not seem to understand what I needed - he was clearly confused when I asked why I didn't get the one for women; I am disappointed with the Customer Service people (3 different) who each gave me conflicting information; and I am disappointed that I did not receive an AirSense for Her as I should have.

I was sent a bill, that was NOT submitted to the Insurance company and stated that the balance was due and is my responsibility. I did not believe this was a correct statement. This was NEVER submitted to my Insurance Company. I had to call Reliable Respiratory billing department. The comment was made by the person on the phone, that someone there didn't do their job. No sorrys where exchanged for the inconvenience.

My experience with RR is not great. They always try to add expensive things of no value to you to your order, for instance twice they added $100plus cushions to my order of a new breathing mask, but could not even provide any information on how to use these cushions, even though I asked for it several times. A total waste of money. At other times they added other things equally useless. Their air filters (squares of area about 1 x 2 inches) for the air intake of the breathing machine at $6/filter are an outrage of overpricing. I stay only because of the hassle of getting the prescriptions you need to get a new provider.
