The person who answers the phone in Norwood, Diane, is extremely helpful and prompt. Supplies are delivered in a timely fashion. The respiratory therapists, however, are unreliable, hurried, and don’t seem interested in helping. My experience with Tonya was the exception

I was treated poorly by a CSR, I was trying to order replacement supplies for the first time. I needed a new mask and was told it was way to soon to get one! The paperwork said replace every 30 days. She told me that I could only get a new pillow?! We went back and forth several times. Until I realized that we were both talking about the same item except I was using the wrong word and she was also using the wrong word. It was a cushion replacement! She was mad at me! She got my order together and continued to be short with, she never said sorry nor did she thank me or say have a nice day. She was done and hung up.

Communication is poor both when I tried to order supplies and when I asked for support with mask fit. When I asked for help with the mask the response was that they have no support provider in my area and I would have to travel an hour and a half to their office.
