PLENTY OF SUPPORT

Lack of paperwork worries me. No completely happy with mask fit and and straps cut into neck.

Everything has been OK, except when I got a bit behind on my account … There was some credit "bull dog" minded company who called every day … It was upsetting, during a bad situation … Account is clear now, but please use better judgement on the vendors you choose to harass people for payments.

I've had no trouble adapting to this machine. I'm sleeping better and get up to go to the bathroom less. The tech did a good job explaining everything to me. Thanks.

It should be arrived in some period of time and packages should be protected from rain and anow

They tell me there is no charge than I get a bill.

As a whole I am pleased with Reliable Respiratory. In the pass I have been sent the wrong masks, inserts and headgear. I call and they do their best to rectify the problem. I have no intention to look for another provider.

The staff is great its just when you call to order supplies the wait on the phone is to long. There should be more people answering the phone so the wait would not be so long.
