Very comprehensive and reliable

My second company I have had over the years (7) and have been very pleased with communication and keeping updated with my supplies, even though they are located far from my home.

Were easy to deal with and followed up promptly on inquires I made. Have since moved to Canada so I don’t think they can service my needs here.

Good company

Reliable Respiratory has delivered supplies in a timely fashion; however, the cost of supplies seems very high, but that may be the general cost across the board. I do wish I would get email or text reminders to order new supplies; perhaps I have not set up my account accordingly.

I sleep longer and sounder than without

reliable typically get a reminder every 6 months to order replacements, friendly when needed to chat with Customer Service.

I was disappointed when attempting to call my local 'office' in White River Junction. I left a message for them, however they never returned my call. Finally I called the main office in MA and my problem was resolved. As a side note, a one-hour introduction to my CPAP machine felt rushed. It is a lot to absorb in just one hour, especially for a senior citizen. However, there was another person waiting. I left and thought of questions on the ride home.
