Unorganized company I will receive a…
Unorganized company I will receive a call to re-order supplies only for them to not be sent because I did not meet insurance requirements yet no one calls to tell you this. Last month I got a call for supply re-order which was not sent because someone closed the "note in the chart out" before sending. I went for a mask fitting the person basically stuck the mask on said move your head okay fits good all set. I am very unhappy with reliable respiratory's customer service overall.

Total cost was not explained. Didn’t explain that both my insurance company and I would be billed for the CPAP and that even after nearly twice the cost of the device I’m still billed 60/mo as it’s a rental. My fitting was incorrect as well so ended up tossing 5 masks (which they gave me and billed for but I hadn’t asked for).

Reliably bad Respiratory.
I’ve never had a good experience with them, starting with them sending my CPAP to my ex-wife’s house, where I hadn’t lived for 4 years- they took the address from my very old sleep test rather than the address I gave them. That seems par for the course. Every experience since then has been similar.

They sent me the wrong masks
They sent me the wrong masks! Instead of sending them back, I kept them. Hope next time I will get the right masks.

Garbage
I have been a “customer” of reliable respiratory for a year now. They have never sent me a single supply. My insurance changed and they won’t back date payments and bill the appropriate party. Calling them is a nightmare as you are on hold for 10min then just get a voicemail. I have been waiting for a reply from a manager on a claim for a month now. Avoid at all costs.

Very unhelpful and not responsive
Very unhelpful and not responsive to my needs. Had terrible trouble with the equipment and they were no help. Kept sending me the same face mask when I told them I needed to try something different.
