ReliableresidenceReviews of reliableresidence.com

To start with you actually responded to my initial inquiry. You were available and all my questions were answered. The host, Gill was great and was also available when needed. He also responded quickly to my questions.

This home was a perfect space for our regional professional artists coming into town for a month. It provided all the amenities needed and more! Our host was VERY reachable and solved and any small issues that our guests had in a quick and timely manner. The response time was extremely short, which gave me peace of mind and confidence in our decision. I would use Reliable Residence again as my first go-to choice of housing!

Last-minute change of plans made us feel desperate for a place to stay. Reliableresidence personally talked to us about our needs and connected us with a perfect rental situation.

My renter was very considerate and accommodating to my stay.we got along very well!

I think there needs to be a better rating system for the hosts and housing. The apartment I stayed in was not great and it would be nice to give a heads up to others about the cons/pros of an apartment. My stay occurred in December but wasn't closed until last week. I sent a deposit to host but it said "pending" for months. He did not return it - no explanation.
