Reliable Home WarrantyReviews of reliablehomewarranty.com

I contracted with company on August 4, 2021. Tried to contact them via phone at the number on my email conformation then the original number I reached them. Got a recording: "The number you dialed is no longer in service." So I guess I'm just out $187.00. Now I guess I'll have to cancel my current debit card as they have that info.

I purchased a policy for my home then I had my son purchase one for his home. Now I cant get an email reply or anyone to answer my phone call. I'm out $600- and my son is out $300 . It sure does feel like I was scammed. Now I have no coverage I suppose

I have been trying to pay my warranty premium this month and I cant get in contact with anybody. When i set this up there was no problem contacting anyone but now you wont even answer just sending me to voicemail. What if my ac unit went out how am i suppose to file a claim, or make a payment you seem really fraud to me and I will be reporting you to the BBB for further investigation. Been calling 5 hours straight now i would never refer you to anyone

My first time to home warranty. The stove in my new home suddenly is not responding. Called Reliable at 7am Sunday, 24 hrs call service.

Very good home warranty company & amazing staff. Everything was explained to us in detail and they made sure all of our concerns were answered promptly. I would easily recommend Reliable Home Warranty to any of my friends looking for a home warranty company as well.

After calling around different home warranty companies to compare prices, "Reliable Home Warranty" offered me the best price. Steve was very friendly, and patient explaining in detail the plans and answered all my questions and tried to give me the best price he could. He mentioned if I needed to call for service in the future, to contact him directly and he will make sure to arrange for a technician. Thanks, Steve, for your assistance.
