I had an MER session with Nicole and at first I felt anxious and nervous about the questions she would ask; but as the session evolved, I felt very confident and comfortable with her. She has the ability to make you open up to your past without feeling any shame or guilt. She took me back to my childhood, and it all made sense. Nicole is brilliant at communicating and helped me cope with my anxiety and depression. I highly recommend Nicole to be your life coach. 👍🏼

I was a little nervous at first considering I haven't had any experience with therapy but Nicole offered a very pleasant and comfortable experience! She put me at ease and I was able to open up and go through events in my life that I had no idea were still having an effect in my day to day decision making skills. Throughout the session she provided insightful input and thought provoking questions that gave me more clarity and a better understanding of how to work through issues that were draining me mentally and causing anxiety episodes. Now I rarely have anxiety anymore and have a better outlook on life thanks to her teachings. I wouldn't hesitate to book another session with Nicole and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new transformation in your mental health!

I did an MER session with Nicole and I honestly can say it was a game changer. Prior to my session I was suffering from migraines almost on a weekly basis and it was affecting my sleep, as well as my energy. I never considered myself someone that stressed too much or felt the need for therapy but without knowing what needed clearing from my unconscious mind, MER helped me clear out some cobwebs that I didn’t realize were stopping me from moving forward. And the results were amazing. I felt lighter and was able to get a good nights sleep. I also, to this day, rarely suffer from a migraine. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get clarity in any aspect of their lives or even to overcome something that could be blocking you from moving forward freely. Nicole was patient, warm and helped me so much.
