Unfortunately you cant give 0 star rating or I would. Ordered 2 x Border Collie Keyrings as my beloved per had died (very young) The order showed only 1 plus 1 Doberman keyring. I immediately emailed and cancelled the order. They waited 2 days to reply AFTER they sent the order. They now want me to pay for tracked shipping to Hong Kong plus a further $7.99 admin fee to return and item i already cancelled. I've now been told I can keep the order and have not only 10% of the cost back but a voucher code for 20% off my next order LIKE IM EVER GOING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. I've done a charge back with my bank as this is VERY dodgy practice and I have told them to arrange collection of the order

Ordered an engraved compass two months ago. I have not received it and have been unable to get a refund. This company doesn't want to know once they've got your money. Avoid buying from these people, they are scammers.

Utter scam. They advertise a 3D carving of a dog with Angel wings wrapped around it. You get a cheap piece of plastic with a blurred photo of a dog. Not worth more than a couple of pence. Do not buy ftim this company

THE COMPANY ASSEMBLED THE ITEM INCORRECTLY. I am unable to read the sentiment because it's backwards. This company has no concept of customer service.

The advert showed a keyring with a set of wings wrapped around a,3D model of a,dog. What arrived was a piece of cheap plastic with a piece of paper sealed in it. Absolute cheap rubbish. Just a complete scam

Ordered a keyring. When it arrived it was broken. I wrote to them. They answered and offered to give me a new one. I told them yes please I would like that. But they have never sent it and now I can't write to them anymore. When I do I get a message back that my says failure. Don't EVER buy anything from this company!!!

Truly a scam. They advertise items then send cheap junk China items that are replicas of their advertisements. I tried working with them for a refund. They then said 10% or 20% finally 30%. No! 100% is what is needed.
