I purchased a Hummingbird necklace with bonus earrings and paid the full price. I only received the necklace. I asked them why and they claim that I only checked the box for a necklace (mind you, there were no other boxes to check for bonus earrings) so no bonus was given. Deceptive promo. They refuse to honor their part. They want me to purchase the earrings separately at a "discount". Very disappointed they are not honoring their deal. I would not recommend them, at all. Spare yourself the hassle.

Bought a Christmas rug and what a waste of money! Like everybody else says nothing like the picture. Very deceiving. Poor poor quality! What a rip off

Their marketing showed a 3 dimensional key ring of a puppy with angel wings (gift for someone whose pet had departed). $18 inc. delivery. What arrived was a cheap piece of printed plastic. I complained about the quality of the product and was offered 10% refund ! What a joke. Furthermore, they expected me to pay cost of return plus restocking fee, before they would refund me for a product that they essentially misrepresented on their website. Beware!

They admitted sending the wrong product and refused to fix it. They offered a 10 percent refund for a product I didn't order and eventually 20 percent. I paid over $30 for something I had to throw in the trash. Find your product on a legitimate site or Amazon.

Relaxpact.com sells various items via the Internet. The items are displayed falsely. Color, graphics appear bright and beautiful. Also they are overpriced and shipping is also included depending on grand total which maybe over $ 50? I purchased a hummingbird blanket and ornament. The blanket graphics are large and distorted Colors are not as vibrant. The ornament was not included and when inquiring on it company insinuated I was lying. When asked for refund it suddenly arrived. A cheap plastic tiny Christmas tree with tiny hummingbirds stamped on it. What a rip off..$33 dollars for that garbage. Do not recommend this company. No matter how cute or unique it appears. False advertisement.

This company should be called out. The keyrings look endearing, but the whole thing is a cheap photo of a dog on a cheap keyring. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY....RUBBISH.

My experience was the same as another called Steph. I ordered the hummingbird necklace with the earrings offered as a bonus. The necklace was not as represented on the site and the bonus earrings were not included. Caveat emptor!
