Don't use this website, quality of products is terrible

Don't waste your money, bought a key ring with a cockapoo in it that looked good on the photo. It is the cheapest most tacky thing I have soon. Still waiting from a reply from relaxpact for a refund.

This company sell cheap crap that is nothing like the product shown. They also refuse to abide by the trading laws of this company and try to offer a small refund instead of what you are entitled to. Do not buy from these people.

If you would like a lovely decoration for your Christmas tree - don’t buy from Relaxpact! If you do you will receive a bit of plastic cut out as a Christmas tree with a rubbish picture stuck on it. It will not resemble the advert in any shape or form. This is a total con and for £16 daylight robbery! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .

I just bought a key ring. On the ad it showed as a westie lying asleep between nested carved wings. What turned up was a cheap piece of plastic with a picture of wings and dog on it. Estimated cost for this tat probably 50p. Cost to buy plus p+p £18.45. Wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole ever again. Nor should you.

Ordered the Xmas decoration with guitars looked great on the picture but what a load of old tat in reality. That's £16 I'll never see again!!
