Relativityi is a textbook bait & switch operation
Relativityi is a textbook bait-and-switch operation, and my experience should serve as a warning to anyone considering buying from their Facebook ads. They advertised a laser for $27. “🔥🎁New Design 120W 900-1100NM Powerful IR Laser Light” Reasonable enough. I placed the order expecting to be charged what was advertised. Instead, without my approval, they tacked on shipping and “tariffs,” bringing the total to $58. No clear disclosure. No confirmation. Just billed. What arrived? Not a laser. I received is a cheap flashlight designated L2275796-P50-1200mah- something you’d expect to find in a dollar bin — flimsy, lightweight, and absolutely not what was advertised. When I contacted customer service, they refused to refund the product cost, even though the item clearly did not match the listing. Their solution? • First offer: $3 • Second offer: $6 • Final answer: “That’s the best we can do.” So let me get this straight: • You misrepresent the product • You charge nearly double the advertised price without approval • You ship junk • And then you insult the customer with pocket-change “refunds”? That’s not customer service — that’s deliberate deception. This company relies on social media ads, impulse buys, and the assumption that customers won’t bother fighting back. If you value your money, your time, or basic honesty in commerce, avoid Relativityi entirely. Plenty of companies make mistakes. This one makes excuses — and keeps your money. Buyer beware
