I paid Reign Web Experts $1,799 for website development services — $799 on February 4 and $1,000 on February 10, 2026. I signed their Website Launch Document on February 23, 2026. The website was not delivered as promised, and the company detached after receiving my payment. I kept my payment records and the signed launch document. I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General (TCP-065482), and reports with the FTC and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center. When a company takes nearly $1,800, has you sign their launch paperwork, and then walks away from the work, that is not a misunderstanding — it is a pattern. Business owners: document every payment and every promise, because you may need all of it.

They built a Shopify store and Etsy store. They charged the highest tier for both and promised sales within 1 month. It has been 9 months and not one sale. You can't reach anyone at all and if you do they tell you a sob story like phones are down or no internet. This is a scam scam scam. Stay away

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! I think these guys are scam artists, based on my experience. I was told that when I signed up with them, I would get started selling and make enough money each month to pay for the advertising, as well as, to show a profit. I was specifically told, by Ben, that after about six months profits yes, after costs of the goods and advertising - should be $5,000 monthly. Not only was it not $5,000, It was ZERO. I did not have one sale. I had about ten visits to my online store. I believe I was misled and ;lied to.

I must be one of the unlucky ones because I've only had 2 orders in 9 months and using AliExpress is a big mistake because both orders were returned for some shipping issues twice for each order and after paying them $250. to develop the page which was a disaster from the beginning after their "team" actually posted crap that I would make literally .02 cents profit on and many products that were listed at my cost, no profit... unbelievable!! and I even paid for my own Domain and paid the "Experts" $600. for their ad campaign that flopped big time, not to mention the $39. to Shopify every month. I have paused my Shopify account and will most likely trash the whole thing as a major loss. Unless you have a lot of expert knowledge how to operate and run Shopify, DSers, AliExpress etc... and keep correcting the Reign Experts while you wait sometimes for days for a response, Stay far away from these "experts" and save your money. Total waste of my time.

UPDATE: 6 months into it. Now, I asked them to change the products and they aren't responding to any of my text or emails. I still see them "creating" adds on Facebook and Instagram, but they are obviously not doing anything. Still ZERO sales in 6 months. I just asked for a refund and let's see how long that will take. From another post, it took them months to get a refund. VERY, VERY disappointed. If I could give them a "0," I would. I would run away from them. They are avoiding me, my emails, and phone calls. I signed up back in December 2024. It was a small fee that they charge to get it going. Thinking that was it, they upsold me on their "marketing and SEO" package for another $1500 or so. They said it would take 3 months before I see any sales. Fast forward about 90 days, no sales. I get about 2 or 3 a day, but nothing. I approached them about it and they tried to sell me an "add on" to their existing product. I was surprised they wanted to just keep selling stuff rather than find ways to improve what they have already done. I am still hopeful and optimistic, but also discouraged. I know it's not a get rich scheme by any stretch of the imagination, but one one sale and only 2 or 3 visits a day. I find that embarrassing when I paid good money for their "service." Kevin is putting out sales video on Instagram and Facebook, but it's not attracting too many customers. As of this point, all I can say, "you get want you pay for." Crap in, crap out. Definitely, not the best quality website nor customer service thus far in my 3 months of working with them. I'll update once I see some activity.

I worked with them for 5 months now. Paid all their startup and monthly fees, also paid monthly Shopify fee. They said I would get ROI but now they say ROI is not guaranteed. And I am still negative losing money everyday. 
They also said that they would refund me but still have not delivered. Update: Scam I paid them to work on my store. 6 months with no results. I am negative money I paid for their monthly service and start up. Plus Shopify fee. 

They said they would give me a partial refund on for their poor performance on working with my store. 

I waited and still no refund. 

They told me to delete the review and they would send refund. I deleted it and they still did not send refund. 

I posted again and they said they would again send refund if I delete. But they still have not sent me refund. In response, I have contacted you and still am waiting for the refund. You are just buying time and making me remove my reviews and not even sending refund like you said. The store did not generate revenue for months like you said and you just keep saying the same thing trying to buy time so that you can get more people to pay for your services.

9/30/23,I reached out to them to get a revamping of my logo. I was reassured after paying I would get what I requested. No contact with them until I reached out to them on 10/7/23. Long story short now they are requesting another $70 in addition to what I've already paid. At this writing I still haven't received what I paid for. If they're really a business, the right thing to do better is be trustworthy. The logo I paid to have revamped cost $64 & I received a file I'm unable to use. I'm done.

UPDATE: WORSE THAN BAD: 8/25/23--It was only after our first negative review did Reign Web Experts reply to our concerns. They immediately began to email us to state they apologize for their lack of replies and will do everything they can to remedy the situation. Here it is August 25th and they failed miserably to produce the website we explicitly instructed them to build. Instead of rendering building with the name of our company The Red Horse Bet Club they instead gave us a webpage with only our logo and drop downs across the upper part of our webpage for prospective clients to email us. No animation. No animated figures as we requested. Nothing near what we had to pay up front for. We have since instructed our attorney to file a suit to reclaim our funds and to seek damages against this purported firm calling themselves Web Experts. They are far from experts. They have cost us potential income we were expecting to receive from our webite which Reign Web Experts failed to deliver on time -strike that-not at all. Keep your money. Go elsewhere. Don't be fooled by their replies and I even suspect their positive ratings are from their own employees. BEWARE!! Horrible!!!! It appears this firm follows a pattern. Obtain the up front fee, do a logo then disappear. We've tried for months to get our website designed after they furnished us with a logo. Nothing. They don't return calls. They don't reply to emails or texts. Our company The Red Horse Bet Club will now file legal action to obtain our up front fee and for mis-representation. Another thing we found a bit suspicious- they have a 302 area code number which is Colorado, yet everyone we spoke to when they actually answer sounds like they have an Indian accent. Is this a front for some firm in India? Whatever their misleading tactics are, we intend to pursue legal action so other companies and people are not scammed.
