I bought their subscription which is 35 dollars with the hope that it helps me solve the iPhone issue as they have shown in their advertisement. Their app works for some and doesn't work for others(didn't work for me). I requested my refund as they wrote which says refund is possible within 30 days of purchase. But they kept giving me so many excuses in order not to return my money. Excuses such as my USB cable is not original although I bought it from official apple store in Rome, Italy and then I sent them my receipt of 25 euro for this USB cable. Then they said to plug the USB into computer although I showed them that I plugged into laptop/computer, not into the keyboard. Their excuses are countless. My suggestion: never trust this Reiboot app. Do not pay them anything because they will never refund your money if their app doesn't solve your iPhone issue. Their writing on their website that says refund is possible within 30 days is completely fake. One word: SCAMMERS

The support team is very helpful and responds quickly. My iPhone wouldn't boot using the usual methods. Many thanks to the Tenorshare team.

One of the best software for repairing iPhone bugs. The support team is very quick to respond!

Tried this software but it did not fix my iphone for various reasons, requested money back under 30 days money back and was told it only applies if there is a technical problem with their software as does the advertised 7 day free trial. To put it mildly these people are scammers and maybe the software will work for some and not for others but they advertise things which is not true good job they are in China and not the UK or they would be in court for false advertising. I would urge you not to buy unless you want to lose your money good job it is an insignificant amount.
