Worst product, please don't buy, very rude staff when you ask questions

1. Amit has NEVER purchased our product, so "Worst product" is a LIE. 2. Amit left this negative review because we politely declined to sell at a lower price in the end. 1) This customer had been asking questions and requested various detailed photos & videos for 5 days, and we always responded actively and enthusiastically. The feedback is " you are very helpful" 2) The customer agreed to the price from the beginning. We have done our best, including giving a good discount, upgrading to the best quality for free and using FedEx instead of standard shipping. However, in the end, the customer asked us to match a lower price and find someone or a shop in Dubai that we can deliver to (we cannot disclose any other customers' information). So, we politely declined with explanation and suggested that the customer could purchase from a local shop.
