Before any customer purchases a service from REGXA, we inform you about all of our laws and terms, which clearly show that if you purchase a service with a credit/debit card or PayPal, you can get a refund directly to your bank or PayPal, but if you purchase a service with cryptocurrency, we are unable to refund the amount to your wallet address, and you have already agreed to that when you purchased the service.
