Dodgy. thankfully my Bank blocked these transactions. Their online 'Help' suggests you use a different credit card that 'accepts international transactions'. received texts via WhatsApp from 'Chris' that magically disappear once I referenced this review page. He also provided an email address for the report to be sent to-claiming to reimburse me after I pay and produce the report

Part of a scam network.A third party buyer on another website ( carsales) messages you with interest in your vehicle and specifically requests a vehicle check through regofacts.com specifically. Once the report is ordered and fee processed. Buyer deletes hos account and messages. 100% a scam. Deceptive business practices.

While I can’t speak for the functionality of the website or the quality of the reports, this website was given to me by an ‘interested buyer’ who was obviously running a Vehicle History Report Scam. If you are a seller and a buyer is insistent on using this website and wants you to pay for a report, that is almost certainly a scam.

Scam. Watch out.

To be fair this is "kind-of" a scam. Someone contacts you, says they're interested in buying but only if you furnish them with a regofacts report. The report might or might not be worthwhile, but is likely overpriced - the info is available for much less from trusted government sources. After you pay for the report the buyer is no longer interested (and regofacts has your credit card details!)
