I ordered a blue ostrich jacket 1/20/24.They will dispatch the jacket in 2 days and then I will receive a tracking number. It has taken longer than I expected but Reggenza has been very kind in working out the details.They explained they wanted to use the best material.

There was a delay in completing my order (Ostrich Leather Jacket). However, the representative included a small gift as a means of an apology on behalf of Reggenza. I love the jacket, great quality and nice color. The jacket has elegant qualities such as the texture and emblems on the jacket. I only have one complaint, the jacket should have been packaged and delivered in a box, not plastic.

The sizes run small and I needed to make a return. I did not trust that I would be able to select the right size with an exchange. So I decided against the purchase. However the return process was easy and the refund was prompt.
