Regentology Referrals seem to be invented
I am a licensed real estate agent in two states. In 3.5 months since paying my $299 fee to Regentology, I have received 7 "verified leads," all of which have proven to be invented. Except for one of the 7 instances, I have received two "referrals" each month; curiously, they are sent from Regentology in pairs on the same date and exact same minute. I have attempted to reach all seven of the "referrals" via combination of email, telephone, and text message (not all contact info is provided consistently by Regentology), but those who do respond say they are NOT the person of that name at that email address or phone number provided by Regentology, nor are they looking to buy or sell real estate. I can usually find addresses in county tax records for the names of the "leads" and write a professional letter of introduction; in these cases I follow up with another phone call and discover that the person is not in the real estate market at all, and sometimes they respond with outright profanity.

Dear David, I am so sorry to hear that your experience with our company has not met your expectations. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and I am truly sorry that wasn't demonstrated to you. While we'd love the opportunity to regain your trust, we first need to properly identify you to ensure you are one of our clients. Unfortunately, someone is going around the web with fake accounts and leaving us negative reviews and tarnishing our reputation. While we'd love the opportunity to regain your trust, we first need to properly identify you to ensure you are one of our clients. That being said, If you can kindly give us a call to verify your account we would be happy to prioritize the issue you're facing with our service, and our team is ready to work with you to resolve the issue. Rest assured we’re passionate about what we do, and it hurts when someone says something negative about your business. Once again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and look forward to working with you for a positive outcome. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Best, Sam Miller Customer Service Director
