After reviewing your account in detail, I’m sorry to hear that you are feeling ripped off but can assure you that we are a legitimate business and operate ethically with our customer’s needs in mind. We understand that you are feeling frustrated but can we please firstly ask that you do not use aggressive language in your communications. This is not something our business tolerates. Also, as we have explained that you have the ability to reject any lead until you get the lead you wish to work with and lead rejection is never held against you in any way.
