I needed a Samsung power supply quickly to get a hotel's phone system working. It was packed well, looked as good as new and performed perfectly. My customer was back online within a day and I look like a hero to them. Thank you.

Before I ordered an IP670 from these people I asked exactly one question: "Do these come with factory installed device certifications?" The instant response from the owner was "Yes they do, all factory reset with the device certs." I ordered the phone. It arrived several days later. Not only was the phone not factory reset, i.e., it still had the previous user's provisioning server data on it, but, of course, the device certification was "invalid." The thing is a brick.

We were looking for a replacement for a couple of outdated Samsung digital phones. Refurbished Phone Exchange had exactly what we needed and at a very reasonable price. Shipping was fast and the communication was great, with real time updates. Very happy with our whole experience.
