I needed a to replace my broken printer. Sy called me after I ordered to make sure I was getting the right printer for my needs. I’m glad he did, he was particularly helpful in explaining what I needed.

The printer was a great value and it came exactly when we needed it. They really helped us out of a bind!

I was crazy on my old faithful HP, it served me so well for all these yrs. I was searching on-line to buy the same again but I could not find it anywhere -it has been discontinued. I am so excited to have found a refurbished model on Refurbexperts. Next time Refurbexperts will be my first stop. :)
