Accidentally burned tokens worth a large sum of money, that's on me, but I got no reply from support for 3 weeks and still haven't heard anything, I wanted to initiate their safe burn reversal they state they can do on the website. I tried to get a hold of the support team on discord, on telegram, via email. Nothing. It's non existent. It's a lie.
