Everyone at RefundsPro was great to work with! They made everything much easier and were kind and professional throughout the entire process. Their communication was consistent and I never felt confused throughout. They were diligent in their work and I received a refund I never was expecting. I am forever grateful and I highly recommend them.

To say I was a bit worried and skeptical at first would be an understatement. When I first heard about the ability to apply for an ERC credit refund from the IRS my thoughts were about scams. How are you certain that you can trust someone with all of your company tax information. Luckily a call to my accountant about Refund Pro left me feeling much better. After a call and consultation with Alma of refund pro I decided to give them a try, Glad I did. They were helpful and professional throughout the entire process and their response times were nothing short of excellent. I am happy to say that everything went smoothly and worked out perfectly. My refund not only settled an overdue debt with the IRS but also left me with some much needed money to satisfy other bills that I had been sitting on. So very glad I took the leap, would not hesitate to use them again.
